Before production or printing begins, you will receive a digital proof for review. Please check all wording, contact information, colors, images, and layout carefully. Production will begin only after the proof has been approved. Major changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or delays.

Custom projects generally require approximately 3–4 weeks from the time all required information is received through final completion. The exact timeline depends on the product, design complexity, number of revisions, printing requirements, and shipping arrangements. For printed orders, approximately two weeks of that timeline may be needed for production, delivery to Compass Collars & Co., personal quality-control inspection, and final shipment to the customer.

Pricing varies based on the product, quantity, design complexity, printing, and delivery requirements. Customers may purchase a digital design for self-printing or online use or request full-service design, printing, quality inspection, and delivery. A custom quote will be provided before work begins.

Custom designs include complimentary minor revisions for six months following the original design completion date. Minor revisions may include updates to contact information, staff, pricing, services, or other small details. Substantial redesigns, new content, or requests submitted after six months may require an additional design fee.
