Crafting your digital paw print

Professional social media should reflect the people, animals, and personality behind your practice. Compass Collars & Co. provides social media management created specifically for veterinary hospitals, combining reliable client education with the family-oriented content that helps your community feel connected to your team.

Each standard package includes content planning, caption writing, branded graphics, scheduling, and publishing to both Facebook and Instagram. Support for additional social media platforms may also be available based on the hospital’s needs.

Client outreach can also extend beyond social media to include clinic emails and text-message communications through hospital-approved software and communication systems, such as PetDesk, Otto, or similar platforms. Additional platforms and client outreach services are customized according to the hospital’s software, access, audience, communication goals, and requested scope.

Package options vary by monthly posting frequency and the type of imagery created for the content, allowing support to be tailored to the hospital’s goals, activity level, and individual needs.

Social Media & Client Outreach for Veterinary Practices

Veterinary teams have important information to share, but creating consistent content often falls behind the immediate demands of patient care and daily hospital operations. I personally manage each account and create content that helps practices educate clients, introduce their team, highlight services, share hospital updates, promote community involvement, and maintain a dependable online presence.

Content is tailored to the hospital’s voice, branding, services, species, and communication preferences. Educational topics are researched using reputable veterinary and professional sources, while hospital-specific posts may feature staff, patients, announcements, milestones, events, and other approved information supplied by the practice.

When additional communication support is requested, content may also be adapted for other social platforms, clinic emails, and text-message outreach through the hospital’s approved communication software. The goal is to provide consistent, accurate, and approachable communication without adding another ongoing responsibility to the hospital team.

Photography & Content Creation

Strong social media and marketing content should show the real people, animals, and spaces behind your veterinary practice. I provide on-site photography sessions designed specifically for veterinary hospitals and animal-related businesses, creating authentic imagery that reflects your team, services, facility, and personality.

Sessions may include staff headshots, staged team photographs, working and patient-interaction images, exterior and interior facility photography, and custom content for use across social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Each session is planned around the hospital’s size, goals, staff availability, and intended use of the photographs. To protect client privacy and keep scheduled sessions organized, clients and pet owners are not included in photography sessions. Animals featured in planned photographs must be staff-owned or clinic-owned pets.

My goal is to create natural, professional images that feel welcoming and genuine, not stiff, overly staged, or disconnected from the people and animals who make your practice unique.

Veterinary photography may be booked as a standalone service or added to a social media management package that includes custom hospital imagery.
